We are an urban homestead based on natural, holistic and sustainable principles. Our livestock includes chickens & honey bees and we cultivate fruits, vegetables and kitchen herbs.
Here are the two pans our seedlings are growing in and a good look at their progress. We have the following growing here: thyme, oregano, lemon balm, snapdragons – and started last weekend are basil and parsley. We have some “algae” looking stuff showing up but it’s very faint – don’t know how that happened as we did use sterile, seed-starting soil ?
Anyways, looking good so far. Tomatoes get started this coming weekend.
