We are an urban homestead based on natural, holistic and sustainable principles. Our livestock includes chickens & honey bees and we cultivate fruits, vegetables and kitchen herbs.
We are starting several of our herbs, flowers and veggy’s as seedlings this year. We are using a simple shop light as a grow light. We started with thyme, oregano, lemon balm and snap dragons. We recently added basil and parsley. And this coming week we dive into the 2 varieties of tomatoes. We’ll be adding some more recent photos of the seedlings really growing well.
